THE WALKING DEAD secondo episodio Terza Stagione ancora ascolti record: 9,5 milioni di spettatori
Amc's The Walking Dead came down a bit from the stratospheric heights of its third-season premiere last week but still delivered pretty staggering ratings. Last night’s Episode 2 of the show’s third season drew 9.5 million total viewers, 6.5 million adults 18-49 and 5.5 million adults 25-54 at 9 PM against Sunday Night Football on NBC and baseball playoffs on Fox. In total viewers, that was down a modest 13% from the hugely rated Season 2 premiere; in adults 18-49, the drop was 11%.

After its season premiere last week scored the highest 18-49 delivery for any non-sports program on TV this fall, including all broadcast series, Episode 2 of Walking Dead also topped all non-sports competition last week to rank as the No. 1 program in adults 18-49, outpacing The Voice (6.1M), Big Bang Theory (6.1M) and Modern Family (6M). Compared with Season 2, The Walking Dead Season 3 to date is up 45% in total viewers, up 47% in adults 18-49, and up 41% in adults 25-54. Carriage of AMC was restored on Dish Network last night. Because of the short notice, the move likely didn’t have a significant impact on The Walking Dead ratings last night but may bring in extra viewers beginning next Sunday as Dish subscribers catch up on the first two episodes and start tuning in.
